Yes you can do what you are proposing. There are three blank spaces in the box where you can add breakers. This box takes A or C frame flat rocker breakers and the 15 amp A frame one would be Blue Sea 7403 Flat Rocker Circuit Breaker 15 Amps You will probably also want to add an indicator light to match the others already there, here is a green 120 volt indicator light: Blue Sea 8034 Green LED 11/64in 120VAC Depending on how big your wires are you may need another cable gland to get a wire out of the box, here are your choices.
I should point out that if you have a Victron MultiPlus inverter charger there is a more elegant way of doing this. It has two outputs. Output two will only be active when shore power is available. Output one can be active all the time.
