There are two versions of the MPPT 100/30. The Blue Solar version does not have Bluetooth, the Smart Solar version does have Bluetooth. You need Bluetooth or some other method to be able to program it and monitor performance. The one with Bluetooth is the Victron Energy SCC110030210 Smart Solar MPPT 100/30 Charge Controller with Bluetooth
