Basic programming of the WS500 is done via dipswitches. This method offers a straightforward way to configure the regulator for different settings. It is described in the instruction manual starting on page 9. However I am sure that nobody buys a regulator as expensive and sophisticated as the Wakespeed and expects to program it in this way. It is designed to be programmed from an app on your phone in a much more intuitive way, the idea of doing it with dipswitches is for use on a desert island after you dropped your phone in the water.
