The Phoenix smart charger is fully programmable locally via a phone, tablet, or Mac using Bluetooth. PC's do not permit this kind of Bluetooth connection but they can program the Phoenix Charger locally using a VE Direct to USB interface. If the charger is connected to a Cerbo GX or other GX device and the Cerbo is online and connected to the Victron VRM it is possible to access, control and program the charger from anywhere in the world.
