The nominal output voltage of the Victron 12V battery charger is 12 volts. This is a multi stage charger so depending on how you program it the voltage be changed to suit the type of battery and the state of the charge. There is even a "recondition charge" setting that allows the voltage to get all the way up to 14.7 volts
