The pulley kit includes a set of serpentine pulleys. One goes over the top of the existing crankshaft pulley, one replaces the water pump pulley, and one replaces the alternator pulley. The alternator pulley will most likely only fit a Balmar alternator. If you have a non-Balmar alternator you may need to purchase a different alternator pulley.
