Yes, Bluetooth Smart is built-in to monitor and update the controller using smartphones, tablets, or other devices. When the name includes "Smart" in Victron speak it means it has Bluetooth. To use Bluetooth you need to install the Victron Connect App. This can be downloaded from the Apple or Android app stores or from the Victron website. You can run the app in demo mode to try it out, just find your product and you can play around with it before you make a purchase.
