We recommend not ordering additional belts until you check the fit. If the belts don't fit, we will swap unused belts for free; you just need to pay shipping. The variation in fit comes about because this kit gets used with a variety of different alternators. Individual engines also vary slightly in the placement of hoses which affects how close the alternator will sit on the engine. If you use this kit with a 250 amp alternator you most certainly will need longer belts.
