The kit includes three ten-groove J10 pulleys for the crankshaft, water pump, and alternator. The crank pulley fits over the existing pulley. If the engine has a harmonic balancer it gets removed during installation, and then is put back on top of the new pulley afterwards. The water pump pulley is to replace the existing. The alternator pulley will only work with a Balmar alternator. If you use a different alternator the pulley alignment may be off which would require a different pulley sold separately.
