Yes, the Skylla-TG charger is microprocessor controlled with three-stage charging. This feature provides precise and efficient charging by adjusting the charge rate based on the battery's state. This charger is an older design and so the programming ability is somewhat limited compared to more modern chargers, and it can't be programmed for Lithium batteries. It doesn't have Bluetooth or a display screen either and it doesn't connect to any of the Venus devices like the Cerbo GX
