Will the Blue Sea Add-A-Battery work with a 2007 Mercury outboard and lithium battery? Blue Sea 7650 Add-A-Battery System with ACR and Battery Switch

I want to install this add a battery system to a 2007 mercury 60hp outboard. I believe it does not have an alternator and want to know if this will work. I will have a lead acid starting battery and a lithium house battery. If there are other options that will make this work better please advise.

No the ACR will not work with Lithium batteries. It is relying on a change of battery voltage to provide a cue on when to combine. Lithium batteries don't change their voltage by much and do not provide enough of a cue for the ACR to be able to work. You might like to look into a DC DC Charger instead.
