Does the Victron PMP122305102 support 3-wire (Hot, Neutral, Ground) 220v? Victron PMP122305102 MultiPlus-II 12/3000/120-50 2x120V Inverter/Charger (UL Version)

If it can accept 3 wire 220, would it be able to supply 120v to the vessel even if through inverter?

No sorry, this device is for a very specific purpose and only works with a three conductor plus ground input of 120/240 volts where there are two hot legs in opposite phases, plus neutral. It will also work with a single 120 volt input, (ie where the second leg is missing). It will not work with European shore power where this is 230 volts with a hot and a neutral.
