I have a backing box available for this blank panel, but that would still require you to mount the panel in some kind of bulkhead. Blue Sea 4026 Cover Panel Back 5-1/4 x 3-3/4 x 3. We do have a mounting box for two breakers that you can use instead of the blank panel. Blue Sea 3131 Surface Mount Enclosure for two Circuit Breakers. This enclosure accepts A-Series toggle and A and C-Series Flat Rocker Circuit Breakers
