The Autotransformer has some very special applications but this isn't one of them. We do have a dedicated transformer for that. The Victron Energy ITR040362041 Isolation Transformer 3600W 115/230V 32/16A is able to convert 30 Amps at 120 volts and output 15 amps at 230 volts. That's the biggest one Victron offers at present. This transformer also acts as an isolation transformer. Here is the link
