You can measure the current with a clamp-on multimeter and choose a Victron Blue Smart Charger with a larger output than the load on the start battery. The other option is to purchase a Victron Energy Blue Smart IP 65 Waterproof Battery Charger 12/15 with Bluetooth knowing the likely load on the starter battery is less than the 15 amp output of this charger.
