I presume the single V is the inner belt that serves the original stock alternator. That is what would be replaced by the new J10 pulley. The new pulley is hollow and goes on over the top of the original. Then the double V would go on after. The bolts that come in the kit might be too short and you will need to find your own replacement.
The outer pulleys will now be out of alignment by the thickness of the new pulley you added, which is approx 1/4". That means you will have to realign the secondary alternator to keep its belts lined up correctly.
