These are not available "a la carte". Blue Sea has a custom panel program for that. You can buy individual breakers and swap them out yourself.
For an RV plugging in to any 30 amp campground power supply a double pole main breaker is mandatory. This is to make sure that both legs of the circuit are interrupted by a trip. In campgrounds it is always possible that someone wired the receptacle backwards, it happens all the time. If there is reverse polarity what is supposed to be the neutral is actually hot. If you only had a single breaker then the circuit would be live even when the breaker was off.
