I am replacing a Xantrex Freedom 2500 with a type 458 remote panel. I am looking at the Victron Multiplus 12/3000 Victron Energy Multi Plus 12/3000/120-50 120V VE Bus Inverter/Charger (UL Listed) Residential and Commercial

I am replacing a Xantrex Freedom 2500 with a type 458 remote panel. I am looking at the Victron Multi-Plus 12/3000 120-50 and I would like to get the equivalent remote display and control that I currently have. The Multi-Control is a bit too simple. What accessories would I need to add to the basic Multi-Plus?

The Digital Multi Control is the basic remote panel for the MultiPlus. After that you can go to the Exrano GX, or alternatively the Cerbo GX and one of the Touch displays. The Ekrano or Cerbo GX both allow you to connect to all your Victron devices and show them on one screen in a coordinated way, allowing control of the MultiPlus at the same time. You can connect solar charge controllers, battery monitors, temperature sensors and more, and by putting the system online you can view and control your it remotely over the Internet.
