The full details of PKYS INC's return policy are on our Terms and Conditions page. Returns of most items may be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in pristine condition. After 30 days, all sales are final. Once you have obtained a return authorization, your return must be delivered to us within 14 days. Special order items, 230 Volt European equipment and cut lengths of wire or other material sold by the foot are also not returnable. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Items that had free or reduced shipping, including flat rate shipping, may have a restocking fee of up to 10% applied to reimburse us for our outbound shipping costs. Batteries are automatically subject to a 35% restocking fee and can only be returned in unopened boxes. Customers who have registered as users in the store can set up their own returns as described in this Blog Post. Otherwise you will have to contact us to have us set it up for you.
