At PKYS we are set up to reply to support questions from end users and give detailed and accurate answers. We can't do the work for you but we can provide you with the knowledge you need to do it yourself. Our two experts, John and Peter, together have two lifetimes worth of experience installing systems and we know in detail the products we sell. If you are designing a project that uses our equipment we will help you spec out the items, review your drawings, or if you are purchasing a complete system, we will even do the drawings for you. Then, for Victron installations that are on the Victron VRM, we will log into your system remotely and check your programming. This is all backed up with a set of Videos, Blog Posts and other technical documentation that we have pre-prepared to answer the most common questions.
