The Blue Sea 5028 fuse block mounts using #8 screws (M4 size). The positive bus has a #10-32 stud for connecting your power source. Torque to 24 in-lb (2.71 N·m). xxxx terminals use #8-32 screws with captive star lock washers, torqued to 18 in-lb (2.03 N·m). It accepts ring or snap fork terminals for secure connections. Always follow ABYC standards for wiring.

Answer: No it does not accept fuses. It uses ATO/ATC fuses and a sample 15 amp one is included in the package. The incoming power supply studs are #10 size and the outgoing terminals use #8-32 Screws
