Question: What would be the problem in installing this unit upside down? I see they recommend not doing this, but why is it a problem, and how much and what kind of a problem would it be?
Answer: The unit gets pretty warm and uses the cooling fins at the back to dissipate the heat. Its designed to xxxx to a bulkhead and then the cooling fins are vertical and natural convection removes the heat.
