Unlike the MultiPlus, the Quattro supports two AC inputs for automatic switching between sources (e.g., grid and generator) without manual intervention. In common with the MultiPlus the Quattro includes PowerAssist to boost limited AC sources with battery power during peak startup loads, PowerControl to limit charging and avoid overloads, and hybrid generator auto-start based on battery state or load. It also enables parallel operation (up to 6 units for 30kW) or three-phase/split-phase setups (e.g., two units for 240V split-phase). Additional perks: three programmable relays, remote configuration via VE.Bus, and compatibility with lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries.
