All the safety grounds get connected together inside the Quattro. If there are any that are not connected in the Quattro then you need to connected them externally.
Does the safety ground of AC OUT 1 and AC OUT 2 pass to the safety ground of AC INPUT?
Does the safety ground (green wire) of AC OUTPUT 1 and AC OUTPUT 2 pass to the safety ground of AC INPUT? Is there an effect on using a Galvanic Isolator on the AC Input line?
Picture looks to imply safety ground of AC OUTPUT 2 is not connected to anything. Is it supposed to go into the safety ground connection of AC OUTPUT 1? (Text says AC Out 2 'shares' connection with AC Out 1)
