Originally the password was factory set to 000000 but in recent times Victron have been assigning individual one off passwords to each device. The place to look for this password is on the product label where it will be named as BLUETOOTH PIN. If you have forgotten or lost your pin you can reset it but you will need another code from the product label, the PUK code. By resetting the pin using the PUK code you will reset the PIN back to 000000. The procedure is explained with screenshots in our Blog Post Victron Passwords. Here is a summary: Start by going to the device list and clicking on the three dots to the right of the product name. When you click on the three dots it asks you if you want to reset the password or if you want to forget the item and remove it from your list. One you click on the reset password it asks you for the PUK Code.
