For a fee of 10% of the current purchase price you can extend the standard five year Victron warranty to ten years. This applies to all the Victron products that have serial numbers that come with a five year warranty. This does not apply to batteries or to smaller items like cables that do not have a serial number. Warranty extensions need to be arranged a minimum of one year before the expiration of the original warranty.
When shopping online at PKYS just add Victron Extended Warranty to your cart. In the order notes at checkout list the items you would like this to apply to. We will write up a separate invoice for you and ask you to approve it before proceeding. You can even do this with products you didn't buy from us, in which case we need to exact model number and serial number of every item.
