Can I maintain a lead acid battery for my starter battery and run through this device, Victron ORI121217050 Orion XS 12/12-50 non-isolated DC-DC charger Smart DC Chargers

I want to keep my starter battery, which is lead acid, isolated from the new lithium batteries. Is this possible through this device?

Yes that is is exactly what it is for. The source battery and the destination battery can have totally different chemistries and totally different voltages. This Orion XS has a 50 amp output and may be bigger than you need to charge your start battery. We have smaller ones that do only 30 amps and the smallest does 18 amps.
