They are identical. The regular shunt is included when you buy the SG200 or SG210 (with Bluetooth added) monitor. These packages include a display and a cable to join the two. The extra shunt does not include a display or Bluetooth but it does come with a 10 meter cable. The primary use for the extra shunt is if you want to monitor a second battery bank.
