Is the switch that comes with the solenoid momentary? Blue Sea 7701 Solenoid ML 500A 12V RBS Relays, Solenoids and Combiners

I am looking to use a momentary solenoid switch for an emergency connection between a lithium house bank and a agm start battery.

The switch is momentary but the solenoid is latching. When you release the switch it returns to the middle position, then there are two ways to push it. One push of the switch turns the solenoid on and the other turns it off. The actual switch is Blue Sea 2145 SPDT Remote Control Contura Switch - (ON)-OFF-(ON)
