I dont expect Victron to offer a bigger screen but there are two ways around this.
1) You can connect any monitor to the Cerbo GX so the monitor can be as big as you want. This will not necessarily be a touch screen but you can add a computer mouse to the Cerbo and get the same functionality.
2) Another option is to get an Android Tablet and dedicate it to the Cerbo GX. This involves putting an app on the tablet so it cannot be used for anything else. Its described in the Victron Blog Post Android GX WiFi Display
