Yes it will fit on the engine but you will need to upgrade your pulley system to J10 pulleys using the Balmar 48-YSP-4JH-B Pulley Kit. You will need to bit of extra space beside the engine because the alternator will stick out further than it does now, that means you will need a longer belt and a longer adjustment arm. We can not predict how much longer the belt needs to be, you just have to measure up once the alternator is mounted.
