Yes. Many of the rocker and push-button switches available feature built-in LEDs. These can be wired to stay on constantly (to find the switch in the dark) or to light up only when the circuit is active (to confirm a device like a bilge pump is running).
For the most part momentary switches are not illuminated. This is because they are only on when your finger is on the button and when that happens you wouldn't be able to see the light anyway.
