These models have a second input that can be programmed for one of three functions:
- Starter Battery Voltage: Monitor the voltage of a second, independent battery (like an engine start battery).
- Temperature Sensing: Monitor the temperature of the main bank (requires an optional temperature sensor).
- Midpoint Monitoring: Check the health of a battery bank wired in series by looking for voltage imbalances.
