Is this switch a break before make switch? Blue Sea 6008 Mini Battery Selector Switch 1-2-OFF Battery Switches

I want to use it to switch inputs between a 12v converter and a lithium battery bank (also 12v), but to protect the converter I believe that the connection to the batteries is broken before the connection to the converter is made so the converter doesn't receive an input voltage.

Since there is no both position and you must rotate through off to select the other power source, this is a break before make switch. I pulled a switch and checked for continuity between source 1 and source 2 in all switch positions and during the switching process. At no time did I measure continuity between the source 1 stud and source 2 stud.
