We have an article in our Blog about this exact subject: Programming your Balmar alternator regulator for Lithium Ion batteries In summary it says that the MC-618-H has a pre-made program for lithium batteries but because its suggestions are a bit extreme in my option, I suggest you substitue your battery manufacturers recommended values. I give an example of what the recommended values are for Victron batteries.
