You have two options when programming the Balmar MC-618:
Magnetic Tool (Old School method): Use the small magnetic screwdriver included with the kit to touch a "reed switch" on the regulator housing, scrolling through menus on the LED display.
Bluetooth (New School): By adding the Balmar SG200 Battery Monitor and a Bluetooth gateway, you can program the regulator via the Balmar app on your smartphone, which is much more intuitive.
