The Yanmar Common Rail engines have a different pulley offset than the standard. That requires a pulley with a specialised offset that is accomplished by having a "boss" on the back of the pulley to push it future forward. The Balmar 61-0050 K6 Pulley for Yanmar Common Rail engines is designed specifically for this purpose.
