They use robust 5/16"-18 (M8) terminal studs. These larger studs allow for high-torque connections and provide enough clearance to attach heavy-gauge battery cables with large lugs. These studs are larger than the 1/4" studs that the 285 Series breakers have, which reflects their heavy duty use profile.
