That's a great question. Here are two photos of a LBJ-5 and three 5007100s. The spacing of the holes of the LBJ-5 allow it to fit on the 5007100s. I see two problems though. One, this doesn't meet ABYC standards. They want the stud and hole sizes to match. Two, the covers will be difficult to remove. There isn't much space to allow the locking tabs to get out of the way to remove the cover.
