Some engines are different, usually because of the way the boat builder has installed them or because they have installed additional equipment that gets in the way. Some engines have been modified to an extent that prevents the kits working. Sometimes you just have to take a chance and see if the kit can work. PKYS accepts returns within 30 days, provided the items are unused and in "pristine" condition. If you only need to swap a belt for a different size, they have a streamlined process for belt exchanges. Pulleys get damaged if they bang around or are dropped so preferably handle them with gloves and keep them wrapped up until you mount them. If you want to do a return you need to get an RMA first. Make sure you have accounted for all the parts, that the pulleys are wrapped, and that you ship the box in an outer carton so it arrives the way you received it and not all covered in stickers and shipping labels.
