One bushing measures 7/16" in length with an ID of 21/64 (for a 5/16" bolt) and an OD of 13/32".
They are not included with the 621 alternator.
They will fit inside of the 2" spacer, but not inside the alternator foot. I don't know if I can recommend using a 5/16" bolt to secure a single foot alternator.
