I'm not sure about the OE-60-24-70-SR alternator but I believe SR stands for Self Regulating in which case you may not be able to connect an external regulator. The OE probably stands for Original Equipment meaning it was sold to a boatbuilder as a special one off model not sold in the retail market. This is not a current model in the Balmar line up so you will have to give them a call at Balmar to confirm.
